Web Site Provides Expanded Information for Art Patrons, Galleries, Sponsors and Media

(October, 2009—Los Angeles, CA) The Los Angeles Art Show, the West Coast’s largest and most respected art fair, has revamped it’s website, www.laartshow.com. The site, which receives nearly one million hits per year, goes live in October 2009. Completely revamped, the new LAArtShow.com is a comprehensive and versatile resource for Los Angeles Art Show Patrons, galleries, sponsors and the media. The Los Angeles Art Show takes place on January 20-24, 2010 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

As Kim Martindale, show producer of the Los Angeles Art Show states, “We are happy to unveil our new website, which will better define our offerings to the art community, improve the visitor experience and create easy opportunities for improved social networking. Our revamped site reflects our ongoing commitment to providing the best art experience possible, whether it is at the show, or online.”

LAArtShow.com features many social networking opportunities, including: widgets to Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and Flickr and the ability to directly share select information with the ‘share’ feature. Visitors can sign up to receive fair and programming updates and alerts from the Los Angeles Art Show Team, or sign up for an RSS Feed.

The improved site includes pages for exhibitors, sponsors & partners, press, images, events and programs as well as general venue information. Improving the visitor experience, the new site streamlines newsletter registration and highlights available discount ticket coupons. LAArtShow.com continues to provide online registration for events as well as a conduit for ticket purchase. Galleries and exhibitors will find downloadable applications, exhibitor manuals and will be able to upload information directly to the Los Angeles Art Show production team.
